These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vedic365 mobile apps and the website vedic365.com (the "Service"), operated by YALI GLOBAL CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED ("Vedic365", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. What Vedic365 does
Vedic365 is a platform that helps you find and book Pandit Ji (priests) for pujas, homams, sanskars and other religious services at your home, at a temple or online. Pandits are independent service providers. We verify Pandits before listing them, but the religious service itself is performed by the Pandit.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 years or older to make a booking.
- You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Keep your phone and OTPs private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information (name, address, contact details) so that your booking can be fulfilled.
3. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed when a Pandit accepts it and it shows as confirmed in the app.
- Prices, inclusions and samagri (materials) are shown in the app before you book. Taxes such as GST are added where applicable.
- Please make sure the puja location is accessible and safe at the booked time.
- Cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation terms shown in the app at the time of booking and our Refund Policy.
4. Payments and Vedic Money
- Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Vedic Money is a prepaid wallet balance that can be used only to pay for services on Vedic365. It is not a bank account, does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another user. Refunds of wallet balance are handled under our Refund Policy.
- Memberships, coupons and offers are subject to the conditions shown with them.
5. Chat, calls and reviews
- In-app chat and calls are provided so you can talk to your Pandit about your booking. Please be respectful and do not share abusive, unlawful or misleading content.
- Ratings and reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
6. Panchang, Japa counter and information
Panchang, muhurat, mantras, the Japa counter and similar content are provided for general religious and informational purposes. Timings are calculated for your location and may differ slightly from other sources.
7. What we are not responsible for
- Vedic365 does not promise any particular spiritual, astrological or personal outcome from a puja or ritual.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Suspension and account deletion
We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the Service, commit fraud or break these Terms. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account > Delete account. Bookings that are already in progress or completed remain subject to these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Vedic365 name, logo, app and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
