How do I book a Pandit Ji?
Enter your PIN code or location, pick the puja, then compare nearby verified Pandits by rating, experience, language and price. Choose a date, pay securely, and the booking is confirmed once the Pandit accepts.
Can I name my own budget instead?
Yes — use "Request a Puja" with your budget. We broadcast the request to verified Pandits near you and the first to accept takes the booking.
How fast can a Pandit reach me?
In covered areas, emergency slots within about 2 hours are possible. For planned ceremonies, book a date and time that suits your muhurat.
Can I choose a Pandit by language or tradition?
Yes. You can browse Pandits by 14 languages and by tradition — Vedic, South Indian, Bengali, Tamil Iyer, Gujarati Maharaj and more — from the homepage or search filters.
Pricing & payments
What does the price include?
Each Pandit sets their final price upfront based on the puja, samagri (materials) and travel. The price you see before paying is the price you pay.
How do I pay?
Pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet through a secure payment gateway at the time of booking.
Is there proof the puja was performed?
Yes — after the puja, photos and a sankalp video are shared on your booking, so you have a record of the completed ritual.
Online pujas
How does an online puja work?
A verified Pandit Ji performs the ritual while you join on a live video call from anywhere. The sankalp is taken in your name and gotra, and photos plus a sankalp video are shared afterwards.
Can I get prasad after an online puja?
Prasad can be arranged on request — mention it while booking.
I live outside India — can I still book?
Yes. Online pujas work from anywhere with an internet connection, and you can book on behalf of family in India for at-home pujas too.
Cancellations & refunds
How do I cancel a booking?
To cancel a booking, contact our support team as early as possible with your booking reference — the sooner you reach out, the more of the amount is eligible for refund under our policy.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds follow our refund policy — any eligible amount is returned to your original payment method or Vedic365 wallet. See the Refunds page for the full policy.

How do I join Vedic365 as a Pandit?
Sign up on the partner site, complete KYC verification (Aadhaar, PAN and police verification) and set up your profile with your services, languages and prices. Once approved, you start receiving bookings.
Why is my profile not receiving bookings yet?
Profiles go live only after verification is approved. Make sure your KYC documents are submitted and your services, prices and service areas are filled in.
